Handstand Flow Lab — Prague

A full day of handstand flow in Prague — from static holds into dynamic, connected movement. Morning and afternoon sessions with a lunch break.

Most people train handstands as a position. This workshop is about learning how to move.

One full day in Prague, split into a morning and an afternoon session with a lunch break in between — exploring how to make your handstand lighter, more efficient, and more expressive by connecting entries, shapes, and transitions into one continuous flow.

What we'll cover

  • Refining balance, efficiency, and body awareness
  • Entry techniques — kick up, tuck up, straddle up, pike up, cartwheel entry
  • Body shape exploration and transitions
  • Dynamic transitions and partner drills
  • Guided improvisation — building your own handstand flow

Prerequisites

A 20–30 second freestanding handstand, comfort practicing away from the wall, and intermediate+ movement experience.

Yuval Oz

I'm a circus performer, a professional hand balancer, and a teacher. I've been teaching handstands since 2008 — to hundreds of students across the world, from complete beginners to elite movers. And somewhere along the way I discovered that my love for teaching is no smaller than my love for performing.
