About Ohad
Ohad Cohen was one of a kind. A brilliant professional, a devoted family man, and an exceptionally generous friend. Above all, Ohad had a deep love for handstands — and a mission: to spread that love to as many people as possible.
I met Ohad at one of my workshops. At some point he decided to start teaching handstands himself, for free, simply because he wanted others to experience what he had found in this practice.
Ohad and his daughter Mila were murdered on October 7th in their home at Kibbutz Be'eri.
This session is for him.
